The Facts: Eating Healthy is Hard only if you Make it hard. We don’t suggest that you start any crazy fad diets, but by doing a little bit of research (google?) you can easily find that there are a lot of resources out there that cover lifestyle changes, and that is what being healthy is really about. You cannot only eat a few super foods and hope to magically become healthy overnight. Especially being in the south, where snack foods like doritos and mountain dew are stables to some people. There is a big need for healthy living ambassadors and we want to do our part in educating the masses.
The Facts: Even professional athletes and olympians know that what you put in your bodies can have a massive effect on performance and this goes everyone! Even if you work in an office, I’m sure you have tried foods that don’t “agree” with you and make you feel like crap afterwards. So its very simple, eating healthy= makes you feel good and gives you the energy that you need to THRIVE throughout the day, and eating crappy= feeling like crap and not being productive
The Facts: Eating Healthy is Expensive if you go to expensive health food stores. Simple as that. We shop at a lot of them on a weekly basis, but this is a America, and we feel that there should not be a monopoly on whats healthy. In the spirit of capitalism, the more competition there is, the more customers will profit in the reduction of price of goods.
